Life Changers Foundation offers information, advice and support to the members of the community on employment, education, career development and social/community integration. We deliver events and workshop that are geared towards supporting disaffected residence that are unemployed as a result of illness, drug, alcohol etc. helping them return to work or take up voluntary work.

Life Changers Foundation make use of techniques such as confidence coaching to support people who have been out of work for a long time and offer them work placement opportunities to enable them gain necessary experience to return to work.

We run sessions on Discovering Your Passion and employment preparation workshop. The workshop provides people with systems which will help them clearly identify their passion, discover clues to their personal destiny and create more of what they want in life. We provide people with formula which will help align their life with their passion. This simple yet profound session will help people to uncover personal secrets to living a life of fulfilment and in turn gear them in the right direction with regards to their future aspiration.

Employment preparation training is a 3 days course where job seekers work with members of staff on a one to one basis, learning basic job search skills and identifying problems, build self-esteem and set achievable goals. During these training courses, beneficiaries are encouraged to sign up with an employer for work experience which will enable them gain valuable work training and skills required for the labour market.
