Community Outreach

Life Changers Foundation offers food assistance, toiletries, and other household essentials programs to help individuals and families who are struggling to put food on the table.

Food banks: We operate a small food bank, where members of the community come to collect and distribute food to people in need.

Meals and food distribution: We run a meal program and occasionally food distribution events, where individuals and families can come to receive free or low-cost food.

Food vouchers or coupons: From time to time, we provide food vouchers or coupons that can be redeemed for food at local grocery stores or farmers’ markets.

School breakfast and lunch programs: We partner with local schools to provide breakfast and in some cases lunch programs for children who might otherwise go without.

Home-delivery programs: We offer home-delivery programs for individuals who are unable to leave their homes, such as the elderly or disabled.
